Real work, not theater.
We care about software that produces artifacts people can use: reports, drafts, triage queues, pages, and decisions. If a workflow cannot survive contact with a real task, it is not done.
Careers
Rush is building software for people who want agents to do real work. The bar is simple: the product should feel trustworthy, useful, and precise from the first minute.
We care about software that produces artifacts people can use: reports, drafts, triage queues, pages, and decisions. If a workflow cannot survive contact with a real task, it is not done.
Rush is built with tight scopes and direct accountability. The person closest to the work should be able to ship it, prove it, and stand behind the result.
We do not separate craft from execution. Product decisions, interfaces, writing, and systems design should all feel deliberate. Restraint matters.
We are not listing public openings right now. When that changes, the roles, scope, and application path will be posted here first.
Include what you build, what you have shipped, and the part of Rush you think you could make better. Keep it concrete.
