Restraint over noise

Rush uses editorial discipline as a trust signal.

The default startup reflex is accumulation: more features in the nav, more badges in the hero, more gradients, more animation, more adjectives. That creates motion, but not confidence. It reads like a product still trying to convince itself.

Rush is stronger when the page slows down. Serif headlines carry weight. Body copy says less and lands harder. Visual hierarchy comes from spacing and contrast, not decoration. The user should feel that someone made decisions here.

Restraint is not minimalism for its own sake. It is a way of telling the truth cleanly.
